  • FOOD DELIVERY DRIVER

    Dirty bathroom BOTH times I’ve been and they can’t get an order right to save their lives ! Then wanted to brush it off by just adding the correct item to the mistake and saying “everyone makes mistakes! Ive been to this location TWICE and TWICE they got it WRONG ! Never again Lazy way out ! Should have waited to tip. Should have know better but GLAD I checked BEFORE I walked out !

    Not only did the Tuesday morning crew make me the best ” light and sweet” coffee, but the customer service was amazing. It was busy, but they were doing an awesome job and wanted people to know that.

    I ordered(on the app) a nitro cold brew, and an iced latte for someone else, a few weeks ago. I drove to the Clemson, SC location, to pick it up. When I arrived, the young lady at the drive thru(who was very nice btw), informed me that their latte machine was broken, and their nitro was out. She offered to make me something else, but I didn’t want anything else. I wanted what I ordered. I knew there was another Dunkin’, up the street, and I could go there and purchase the drinks. I asked for a refund, and was told that there was no one working, who could give a refund. She told me I could come back the next day and get my refund, but I told her that didn’t really work, since I live about 30 mins away. So… I went on the app, and filed a complaint/asked for a refund. The bot told me that I would receive a call back in a day or two, so I waited for the call. The call never came, so a week later, I called a number I found to Dunkin’s home office I suppose. The rep offered me 500 points and a call back from the locations owner. I accepted the offer, because I was starting to think I’d end up just getting nothing back anyway. They issued me the reward points, but still never got a call back. I did receive a weird email, to come back to the store for a refund though. Finally, about two weeks after the original order, I was near the location and decided to stop in for a refund. It was a little after 5, and the locations posted hours were 8:30 or 9. I a see a young female inside taking selfies, but the door was locked… so, I called again… this time the lady on the phone was rude, and hung up on me, but I did get a $5 refund a week or so later. Very disappointed, and will definitely not return to the Clemson location any time soon.

    Employees acted like they were on drugs or something.couldntveven take a simple order and we’re out of everything i tried to order so I just left.and this was the second place I tried to get breakfast.Im beginning to wonder if Pendleton has something in the water. Lol

    I ordered on the app as a walk-in. I walk-in 5 minutes after I ordered just to continue waiting. I’m currently waiting in the lobby. No one else in here but me. Both workers are in the back on the phone. I had to make my presence none and ask them to start making my order. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me.
