The donuts and hot chocolate were good, but the customer service was lacking… The lady who was making the coffee missed my hot chocolate and then had an attitude when I asked about it.. I could just tell she didn’t want to be there
I was very disappointed. I made an order through the app. When I came to pick up, I was told no donuts of any kind that I ordered available. I just asked if I could refund. I was told that would be a big hassle so I was given donuts I have never seen or tried before and was told they were fresh. Donuts were hard as rock and awful. So disappointed.
My mama works here so you KNOW the food boutta be good! But not only that the staff is lovely and hard working! The coffee is good but im not really into coffee like that, but there slushys though are amazing, also there hot chocolate is to DIE for
Order here for the very first time one M ice coffee with 3 hazelnut and 2 vanilla swirl and hash browns. The coffee was bitter enough to just take two sips and is going to the trash. The hash browns looked burnt and taste burnt also they were just breaking in my fingers ZERO crispy.. Definitely Do Not recommend this place.
Stopped by to get ice cream, only to find there’s no Baskin Robbins here anymore. All of the exterior signs (and Google search results) still show this is a Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin Robbins combo :/
