Placed order in the Dunkin mobile app. Paid in the app and gave drive through pickup. Waited in the queue for 25 minutes. In the drive through speaker, I told my name and mobile order, the lady said to come and pickup at the window.
When I came to window to pickup, the young lady says “she can’t find my order “. Then another old lady comes and asks for my name. I told my name and showed the Dunkin app order confirmation and money I paid already. The old staff says so rude “ she couldn’t find my order and told me to check if I came to the right store, SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS LADY? Are these people HIGH ON SOMETHING?? 😤😡. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even after showing my order confirmation, payment that lady did not believe. She then went and checked for the donuts and munchkins and said she doesn’t have what I ordered and can only give what they have in store.
I took what they had and drove away. WORST STORE, will never come again.
The donuts and munchkins were delicious 5/5.

Went by today, munchkins and donuts were jused tossed in a bag together, big group of people in kitchen eating laughing and playing, several not in uniforms. Watched a girl sit our drinks down and say they were ready. We sat there waiting while the rest of crew was eating, on their phones and cutting up. After several minutes of just sitting there a nice young man asked me if I paid then said here’s your drinks. Drinks were good but service was not.
Got coffee from here just for it to taste like water and creamer. No sugar and they didn’t even add the flavor I asked for. At this point I’m sick of this Dunkin. Even tho they are closer to me I’m to the point to just going back to going to two notch or forest drive Dunkin at least they get your order right with no issues
I would give five stars since this is my main Dunkin, but only one young lady (the one with the septum piercing) makes my drinks right. I absolutely love when she’s working !
So I recently went to get my usual French vanilla coffees for me, my co workers. The girl at the window with the bubble shoes on was so rude. I watched them sit my coffees to the side as my ice melted and made my coffee watery. Then the Hispanic manager did nothing to fix it. The manager attitude was even worse. I spent over 30$ including the burnt avocado bacon toast they gave us. I come here everyday and it’s a problem or someone plays in my food and coffees. I’m beginning to believe she doesn’t like African Americans. I will never waste my money or time here again. I will drive farther to go to another location from now on.
