    I called this location multiple times and left 2 messages for a week to order a cookie cake (online ordering not available), I never received a call back. I ended up going there and ordering in store which was a pleasant encounter quick and easy. Went to pick up next day (an hour after my pick up time) then had to wait another 15 minutes because it wasn’t done due to miss communication between the day before and that day! The colors were incorrect as well. Outside of that the cookie cake tasted great!

    Horrible cookies. The strawberry ones had a bitter after taste. And the cookies are too soft and not that good, it doesn’t matter what flavor you get . I ended up throwing them in the trash. That’s a good place for them. I’d rather eat store bought cookies before I eat these and that’s pretty bad.

    Service is good but can be slow at times since they also serve ice cream. I ordered a cookie cake for graduation and it was delicious, ready on time and was exactly what I ordered!

    The cookies were great! I always enjoy there cookies. They are always fresh. As the weather gets better I would suggest having a ice cream line and a cookie line. I don’t think you should have to wait in a long line if your not getting ice cream, also hire more help however, overall a great experience.

    Went to pick up cookie cake my daughter had preordered. Line was extremely long because most people were there for ice cream. Saw a review earlier that suggested a cookie line and ice cream line. I see management didn’t take that into consideration. Also only had one employee working.
