It was my first time visiting here, so I wasn’t really sure about what to get. I asked the cashier what deals he recommended because the cookies are EXTREMELY pricey. He didn’t have any suggestions, so I went ahead and ordered the 12-pack which came to $27. As the cashier was preparing my order I noticed the 20 cookies for $20 special. The manager was kind enough to refund my money and ring up the special. He said the other cashier was “new” and didn’t know. When he went back to complete my order I still only had 18 cookies, so I had to ask for the other 2. Overall, the customer service was good once the other employee assisted me. The ambiance is a little gloomy, & as mentioned the price was ridiculously high for the quality of cookies. They were good, but nothing to write home about. If you’re craving cookies late night & have money to burn then by all means stop through.

The service at Insomnia Cookies was exceptional. The cookies were baked to perfection—crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a heavenly delight! The staff greeted us with warm smiles and helped us choose from their various delicious treats.
The cookies were outstanding, and the menu offered various tempting options, including ice cream cookie sandwiches and delightful beverage selections. The combination of warm cookies and ice cream was simply divine!

Talk about having one chance to make a first impression… way to go Insomnia Cookies in five points, Columbia, SC. From the greeting as we walked through the door, the side talk while waiting on our order to be prepared. The cookies were on point, delicious. The restaurant was clean and the customer service was excellent. Definitely gets a thumbs up and recommendations.
Definitely worth the drive! They have a GRADE A rating which is awsome! They have great customer service! The manager really went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed for the order. The cookies where top notch TO ME….I got macadamian, chocolate chunk, snicker doodle, sugar and outmeal cookie 😭😁👍🏾…Definitely continue supporting! I’ll be back!
