Bathrooms are atrocious and seems the employees really don’t care about cleaning it. This is everyday and every single time I visit Kroger. They need to get better and care about the bathrooms. If it’s like that in the bathrooms can you imagine how it is in the meat department?! I can only imagine!!!
2024-04: It has been many years since I’ve been to this Kroger. I came in to get some flowers and the selection was decent. My issue was with checkout. There were many people ready to check out and all the self check out areas were full and the one lane with a cashier was full. So, it took awhile to check out.
Shelves are not stocked. Items sitting on the floor in isles are not being put on shelves. Store feels dirty. Produce is better than most in this part of town. But that is a very low bar. Also, only one register open at approximately 7:30 pm.
One of the larger of the new wine and garden shops that have been popping up, this Kroger has more flowers per cubic foot than any other store I’ve been to in a while. You want roses? Orchids? Dyed Carnations? They got you. Baskets of wine? They have that, too. And they have groceries.
The short haired white woman who works in the deli cutting meat is VERY RUDE. She was working 5/10/24 at around 2pm. I went in and asked for a pound of white American cheese. So she’s near the cutting machine and I see her pick up yellow cheese. So I simple said oh I wanted white American cheese as I didn’t realize she was putting the other cheese back. I wasn’t rude at all I just wanted to make sure she didn’t get it mixed up. She literally holds the cheese up, looks at me with a straight face and says “Can I put this cheese back”. I was shocked but truly didn’t have the energy for a rebuttal so I simple left the store and took my business to Lowe’s food. If you don’t like your job or working with people find another one. Catching an attitude for literally no reason is unacceptable in a customer service based job. I see other reviews state the deli employees don’t provide good customer service. Perhaps this needs to be looked into.
