This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. unethical staff ! Who’s training these kids?
I can hear them laughing a mile away ! No coffee really no coffee ready. Took 20 minutes to brew coffee but hey, careful if you call their attention. Management 0 here. This is a message for the director of South Carolina Brian Mcdonagh save this store now !!!!!! But the way the bread racks are empty . 12 noon and not one single pastry. Bad management of trucking orders and ordering supplies. Whole store is dirty floors have food on them table tops have food on them as well.

It all started with the kiosk. This is the second time we are visiting and both times, one of their kiosks was out of order. The other one we tried to put our order in, would hang up in the middle and the payment wouldn’t go through. We had to go and order at the counter again.

Then the food. Visually it was pathetic. The people making the food do not have the enthusiasm to serve good food and just make it to complete the order. I felt offended when I opened my grilled cheese. It was like I can make only this food for you. Spent about $20 for our food and I will confidently say it was not even worth a dollar. They didn’t have the ingredients needed for our order and said they’ll just substitute with the bread they had.

Honestly I would never come back unless or until the management is changed.

empty. workers rude and unprofessional brunet messy hair bun worst of the 3 working tonight. Ethnic girl prob nicest here but not clean either she was emptying trash i said hey I didn’t get all of my order said ok I’ll let them know I followed her to window passes me one of the chocolate croissants didn’t wash her hands. Couldn’t eat my food $35 dollars waisted. Ordered the squash soup had my daughters food ready and were like oh we don’t carry the squash. I said ok I’ll have French onion. It looks like it was cooking all day oil separated chunky dried out no cheese like Florida’s Panera.

I have patronized Panera for a long time. Today was a simple bagel & coffee. I use half-n-half with my coffee. There was only about two tablespoons of cream in the carafe. I kindly requested it be refilled. Sat down and ate half my bagel. I went back to check for a cream refill. It still wasn’t refilled. I sat down and finished my bagel. Then, I requested cream again. The same employee assured me he would take care of it (no customers at counter). I waited a few more minutes. Still not refilled! 😟. Why do we pay a gratuity to people that aren’t willing to provide the most basic level of service!? I will not be returning to this Panera & would gladly patronize a locally owned coffee shop where the employees appreciate the patrons!

We experienced some issues with our catering order at Panera. as our order accidentally went out for deliveries instead of being available for pick up. This was definitely not an ideal situation, especially when we had a room full of clinicians waiting to be fed. However, I want to commend the staff for quickly locating the meals and getting food to our event with just a minimal delay.

I truly appreciate the accountability shown by the manager and catering manager, who reached out to me directly to apologize for the mistake and offered to credit the order. While it was not the greatest day for us, it was reassuring to see them taking responsibility and making things right.

I want to give credit to the staff and managers for their professionalism and willingness to rectify the situation. We will definitely continue to work with Panera in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
