The place was clean and quiet. The service sucked. The cups weren’t at the drink station. I had to ask for them and the lady behind the counter didn’t speak. The food was very bland. The size of the sandwich wasn’t worth the price. I’ve added a picture of my hand on the side of my half sandwich that was almost $9. The sandwich was pretty good but very sweet.
This place is nice and clean and quiet. I came here to get some work done on my laptop, and the wifi worked well. I used the kiosk to order my coffee, but the coffee cups are kept behind the counter. There was no line. However, it took over a while for the woman working to acknowledge me. What could have been a simple, great customer service moment was a disappointment.
Free standing Panera about a block off the Interstate. Ordering is largely kiosk based, which is actually very helpful in a restaurant like this that produces a specific number of, say, bagels, in a day. You simply can’t order them. Staff friendly, but somewhat removed. Overall, just fine.
Did a mobile order and had to wait in the drive-thru Lane for over 10 minutes. Got my sandwich and took it home and had ordered avocado which I was charged extra for and it’s not on my sandwich at all. I wish the people that were making the sandwich would pay attention to detail and get the order right. Very disappointing
The second photo is what they advertise on their site when you go to order and the first photo is what I actually received. It is very, very disappointing that they don’t fulfill what their advertising. I can hardly even see the onions on the sandwich and the meat is very skimpy.
If a company isn’t going to make the food the way they advertise it then they shouldn’t be charging. So much. False advertisement as always.
Ordered on app en route…food was ready when I walked in. Great location and a cool place to go. Quickly becoming my go-to place.
4.15.2024. Got a new item…the salad pictured below. Absolutely great lunch meal. Proportions of different ingredients were correct. The bread also complemented the salad very well. It was the strawberry poppy seed salad. A very good meal.
