    The cashier was friendly , service was ok, management should do a better job with keeping the place clean. This was probably the filthiest Panera we’ve visited. Staff including the manager all seem comfortable hiding behind the doors and no one came out to follow up with ANY of the customers, which explains why the place is filthy. A manager went into use the men’s room but didnt bother to tidy up the trash or mess in the restroom. This location was not busy. It’ll be a surprise if this location is even open another 6 months.

    Came in with a $100+ order. There was a young guy working at the register. Poor people skills, not a hello, a smile, a welcome.

    I told him the first sandwich, how I wanted it etc. nice and slow. Then the rest of the order. He seemed to be in a rush because he kept trying to tell me the total without asking if that’s everything. Tried charging me extra for cookies when every cookie they sell has a pack deal. Why does it matter which cookies I want as long as it’s 4 total – no other Panera location does it like that but sure.

    Upon seeing the receipt I noticed for the first two sandwiches he didn’t add the right toppings. I asked him and he said it’s on there. Later on I had to tell the sandwich makers that I needed certain toppings on.

    The first part of the order were a couple soups and they weren’t announced that it’s ready. Nobody called out the name and it was chilling on the counter getting cold. The first two sandwiches were missing the chicken and extra cheese. That was the part of the order the cashier got right also. Upon realizing we got a messed up sandwich we brought them back and the girls in the back made them right right away.

    Overall they made it right after we told them the issue but shouldn’t have had issues to begin with. Straightforward order. Location was empty.

    I went through the drive-thru. Ordered a ham egg and cheese on a cinnamon crunch bagel. They said they had no bagels. So I asked for it on ciabatta. The cashier said thank you but did not tell me the total. I pulled up to the window. They took my card and processed the payment but still did not tell me the total. It took about 5 more minutes before I got my sandwich. They handed me the bag but still did not tell me the total or give me a receipt. I asked for a receipt and they handed it to me.

    When I opened my sandwich, the ham inside was cold.

    10:30 in the morning at Panera bread and they had no bagels.

    Definitely if you come to Ford Jackson this is a good option to eat and enjoy its beautiful and delicious food. It’s very worth it, don’t hesitate.

    Good food, poor dining experience. Took my young son here for lunch on 4/13 around noon and was greeted by a friendly cashier who happily took our order. As we were ordering, a line formed and someone from the back came up to the cashier making a passive aggressive statement to the cashier about how long she was taking (as I am swiping my card) and her whole demeanor deflated. We were asked to wait for our bakery items, so sat to enjoy our food while we waited. After the line went away, the whole front of house disappeared. No one to help us with our cookies. I walked my ticket up to the kitchen counter and as I did, a woman (maybe a supervisor) begins yelling across me to a young employee who was lounging on the chairs texting to get off his phone. She never acknowledged me, the customer. I stood out by the bakery items for several minutes and continued to hear her griping at employees. Employees were texting in the back of the house too, apparently. The original cashier came back out eventually and helped us out, but the whole vibe of the experience was very poor. Employee morale is not good in this place and the customer service suffers as a result.
