North East Columbia’s primere live action modern art museum, this location is a festival of colors and designs. There are homages to Warhol’s soup cans, Vermeer’s Glass of Wine, and even some pickle art I think is an oblique reference to Rick and Morty. All the art is for sale, and I’m told is delicious, though I have a hard time believing that one could eat such magnificent works!

Very clean. I was able to get a basket scooter with ease. My first time operating one. I was able to make it to the bakery without running anyone over 😂 I asked an associate where an item would be and he directed me to the bakery manager who helped me. The young lady at self checkout assisted me too. I was appreciative of the kindness shown as I navigate this difficult time in my life.

I love going to Columbia, SC to visit with my daughter and two wonderful grandchildren in the Clemson area. I live out of state but when I want to let them choose new and delightful fresh breads, treats or tantalizing deserts displayed for the visual effect, yet somehow…as I use the kids as an excuse to wander through the isles. I am more than satisfied with the whole family experience. Whenever I visit visiting the Publix on Hardscrabble Drive is a trip we look forward to. I love the freshness that all Publix”s are known for, but this store has been a personal favorite for years as they even remember me coming back to the store each time greeting me no making me feel like a valuable customer. Thank you! See you all soon.

The sub shop situation needs improvement. The last two times and several times before that, either the subs weren’t ready for various reasons, there’s an increasing bread shortage and tuna availability and the wait time has increased with the new ordering process. Clearly, management isn’t monitoring this aspect of its operations or, like other companies, have fallen into a pattern of no longer caring about the customer experience.

I went to this location while visiting South Carolina and had a horrible experience with the Deli Department. The employees in this department completely ignored me. I was going to ask where I could get some banana pudding, but never received the opportunity. I walked off to the customer service desk after I saw no one was going to help me, but offered to assist another customer who walked up. I never had this type of experience at the Georgia Publix locations. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects to be provided minimal customer service! I recommend everyone working the Deli Department on May 26, 2024 be fired and hire people who like their job.
