This place is the best Publix in the midlands hands down. My family loves shopping here just got the great customer service you receive from each employee! Today an employee by the name of Dillon assisted my wife and in the deli, he was very pleasant even though they were slammed with customers at the end of a shift that can be vexing thanks for that!
Does not respect employees, no discount or freedom in scheduling if you work full time do not stay long! Taxing your people on gift cards that you give out quarterly to boost morale is a perfect representation of how they hide under cute promotions but suck the life out of every person there by overworking them and depriving each person of their personal life over time. Also just read the ingredient labels and you won’t want to put it in your body😅 all donations are left sitting in the sun with no respect to the people they donate too, probably bc it’s full of so many preservatives they think it won’t matter. I sincerely hope everyone here moves on to better things than this outdated corporate playground, they all deserve better than linoleum, fluorescent lights, and hip problems from lack of nutrients.
Placed an online sub order with the deli. I ordered the sub cold and it was placed in the warmer. I waited in line for 20 minutes to have it remade. The guy at the deli counter told me he couldn’t remake it because he wasn’t doing online orders. I was made to wait again while a woman took my sandwich to the back without telling me what was happening. 33 minutes later I gave up and left without a sandwich.
Associates are very helpful and polite. I believe this comes from good customer service training.Publix is steps above other grocery stores, that’s why I go out of my way to shop there.
It’s a shame the delicious deli sandwiches are gate kept by the slowest possible workers. I mean management must train y’all to go slow!? Why does it take 10+ minutes to make a single sandwich. I really would spend more money here if the employees had the slightest sense of urgency.
