    Poor customer service. I called for an appointment to get tire installed. The associate said that an appointment is not required. After getting off work early to get my tires installed and waiting 20 minutes to get help, the associate told me that I had to have an appointment and needed to come back after 2 hours. I tried to leave my car and he said that they could not install tires without me waiting there – they do not have a waiting area; there is a bunch of junk in what used to be the waiting area. This is not my first time getting tires at that Sam’s club location. I left my daughter’s vehicle a few months ago there when we had her tires changed.

    At this point it seriously feels like the curbside order shoppers intentionally pick out rotten produce. The first two times I assumed it was a mistake. This was the 4th time, it’s not a mistake and it’s really unacceptable. I should be able to trust that I am spending money on food that I can actually eat.

    If the product is bad get rid of it, don’t pawn it off on someone that isn’t able to shop in person. Shame on you Sam’s. Hanging up on my call when I immediately called in while parked in the curbside spot today was a nice touch.

    My husband and I did come in at 7:45pm and the store was to close at 8:00pm. However the associate Victoria that was working in the jewelry department around 7:50pm treated us very poorly. Victoria was helping another couple and after their purchase she never asked us if we needed assistance or anything. Victoria walked off and I went to the front where she was and asked her why didn’t she ask us if we needed assistance, I’m a retail manager and I surely know that’s not how you handle any customer.

    There was Quinton who said he was the floor manager and the GM wasn’t available and he understood what my concerns were and he would have a talk with her. Her behavior and demeanor were very dismissive and we did not deserve treatment of such. I am a Sam’s Club black card member and I enjoy shopping with Sam’s Club, however I don’t think I will be visiting or shopping at this location anymore, because it’s clear my dollar isn’t valued here.

    I went in because I had an appointment at 12 I came in there were three people at the desk. They where all helping one customer, so I told one of them I’m here for an appointment, they told my to make a line. So I asked for my money back and I went somewhere else. Don’t go here go anywhere else. I wish I could leave a zero star review.

    I get gas for my car here every week. Fair prices and well kept location aside from the occasional vagabond hitting me up for spare change or cash from the bus stop.
