    Conveniently located. Good prices and knowledgeable staff. Free samples lets you try items before you buy them. Going early in the morning helps to eliminate the line. Allowed me to get in and out on a Saturday.

    Upgrade you self service checkouts or HIRE more cashiers. I spend $1000’s of dollars here monthly. Didn’t appreciate on my last visit how an employee accused me of not scanning the correct amount of bagged shrimps I had in my cart. I know I picked up six bags and scanned six bags but when leaving only three scanned. I shop with my heads phones on as always and didn’t think of the miss scanning. Got to the door and the employee made it seem like it was intentional! Recounted everything in my cart like I was a thief. As a small
    Business owner and there aren’t many option in this area to buy in bulk I’ll choose to go across town for my shopping needs.

    Ordered an item from the cafe through the app. Have to still show the order number to the cafe person for them to start preparing the order. I am not sure what the point is of ordering ahead in the app when you still have to go through the process as if you were ordering through the regular line, to then be given the wrong order and having to restart the whole process again. Customer service is non-existent and the staff are poorly organized. Will not be ordering again.

    Sam’ club is horrible. I took my daughter and I to get pizza and the lady working ( she was short, black) you can tell she was pissed that day and didn’t want to be there. The line was long and the waiting. When I went to order I try to talk to her but her attitude was so stank I just ordered and moved out the way. The soda always taste nasty 🤢 and I’m like why and how. I waited and was looking around the managers were just on the side talking holding personal convos and I’m thinking you not going to step in, you don’t see a problem, you not going to check this lady attitude. So I went to the managers and asked could I get a refund she looked as if I really messed up her convo. I spoke to the front desk person who was a young girl that was really nice and stated there were so many complaining about that bad attitude worker. I just shook my head well they have poor slack managers who are so lazy and workers. They need to fire management and that food lady
