I bought a set of 10 pc bowls that clearly had a sticker on the shelf for $14.97. It rung up $22.97 and management told me that per Company Policy. they can only offer me a 10% discount, not sell it to me for what’s on advertised sticker. Store #01286 Columbia, SC. I bought the item but I’m planning on returning it because it’s not my fault they it’s advertised incorrectly.,
I live in NYC
I enjoy my stay a lot
They had meals we don’t have in nyc
Quiet, clean ,peaceful it was a welcoming store even early morning hours .
Nyc after you paid for your food ,you can’t exit in peaceful, you have line so they can check the receipt .
It’s disgusting, demoralizing and rather go to a regular supermarket.
But thank you South Carolina for making my shopping experience great
The manager was Nasty and Condensing. Just after I purchased $200 cash from the ATM, I went to the desk to ask for cash, the first attendant was polite and pointed me to the manager who said “we don’t do dat here”. I said I just received the money from your ATM, with her back turned toe said “don’t matter” and proceeded to talk about something personal with another associate. Not a nice experience
Went to Walmart at Forest Drive to exchange some unopened dippers without a receipt that my granddaughter is allergic to and the employee at the customer service desk said “our return policy does not allow any infant items to be returned, much less without a receipt.” I informed the employee that I had called before arriving to the store and the information given was not the same one. I also told her that I didn’t want any money back, just wanted to exchange those dippers for the ones that the baby is not allergic to, she stated she had to call her manager to confirm that she was in the right. Manager was called and the same response was given. I obviously left the store, upset and disappointed. I just hanged up with corporate and I was told that the information given by the employee was NOT true! Corporate encourage me to return to the store to speak with a manager and also called corporate while speaking with the manager.
Shame… I had over $300 of sales in pool equipment and chlorine… but they wouldn’t check me out in garden section… so put back on shelf and went to Lowe’s down the road. Customer service is more important than me saving $15
