Good service, but the food and coffee were not the best. Ordered veggie bites and was delivered cheddar with bacon. The sourdough sandwich was too dry. The cappuccinos were water with some flavor.
Not the best experience with Dunkin menu items.
Well I gotta change my good review to this one, this place is THE WORST!!!!😭I’ve been to the drive thru many times, I asked for a HOT latte and they handed me an iced latte with a Hot label printed on it, next time I asked for whipped cream and opened to a plane coffee, but this time I took my parents for egg biscuit sandwhiches (with no cheese) only to open the bag to DRY (untoasted) English muffins??? with an uncooked slice of cheese and bacon (NO EGG?) what is going on with this store!!?? At least let us know you don’t have biscuits so we can reorder?! The only reason I’ve been here more than once is because I work right in this area, NEVER COMING BACK here again GO TO THE NEW CHURCH ST. DUNKIN FOR the best food!☺️not this place!
Everytime I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts I receive great service and my coffee is always perfect! They are quick and always friendly. My only complaint is that the cc machines don’t allow you to leave a tip. I don’t carry cash on me and when I receive great service I like to show my appreciation for it. So please consider updating your payment methods to allow customers to leave a tip with cc. I look forward to returning for a great cup of coffee!
this is the WORST dunkin i’ve ever been to! i ordered a grilled cheese and a frozen hot chocolate, the sandwich i ordered was UNTOASTED AND HALF EATEN! 🤢 and the drink took an additional (no exaggeration) 10 minutes!! Then as we were leaving, the cashier looks at us and says “i don’t know if that’s your car or an employee in here that smells like that, but it smells like weed” ???? first off why would you say that to a customer?? never coming back here!!
I am a routine customer at Dunkin probably 4 days a week! I have to say, every time I go to this Dunkin in Conway, it is very clean, everyone is super friendly, and customer service is wonderful. Jessica always goes out of her way to always say good morning and talks to me while I am waiting for my coffee and food. She is such a sweet and lovely person. Nothing but positivity for this Dunkin.
