Haha! This Dunkin isn’t like the others, seeing as it’s a drive through with no lobby. There’s a couple benches outside to enjoy your coffee from. I really enjoyed the hot chocolate, and I appreciate the help from the Halloween night crew!! All the workers are nice and polite!
This is honestly 1 of 2 of my favorite locations. They’re always very nice, the products are always good, order is always correct. If you hadn’t met their manager, he’s a very nice gentleman! Definitely worth visiting.
Yesterday I went An ordered and everything bagel, not toasted with cream cheese. And it was hard as a rock and stale.
TOday I went back. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese, not toasted, and it was in worse condition that it was yesterday. It was hard it was stale, it was very thin. I will never do business there again.
I go here every day before work. It used to be my favorite spot plus it’s the one that is on my way. Now nothing is ever right and the last 3 days my coffee has been bitter and unsweet when I’ve ordered it the same for the last month now. When I asked them to fix it I got an attitude and then when they brought it back they said they added more Splenda which isn’t what I asked them to do. And the correct term isn’t “more” Splenda because there was no Splenda in there to begin with. I working customer service to I try not to be “that” customer! But when you have to deal with something like that you shouldn’t get an attitude! Especially when I’m politely trying to ask for a better coffee and not getting an attitude with you!
This Dunkin is just awful. They fill drinks halfway, and it tastes watered down. My iced chai latte was half a cup of basically pure milk.
