    The hours are not accurate because I went to the drive thur today 27 April 2023 at 6:50pm and she said sorry we are closed for the day but the hours say they are opened until 7pm

    18 Feb 2024: Since I saw they are under new management I decided to give them another try and Uber eats an order. In the past they have screwed up about 4 of my orders. Today I ordered 4 orders of hash browns, 4 everything bagel minis, and a muffin with juice. What I got: 3 plain everything bagels, 1 bagel with bacon bits and cheese. Mind you I do not eat meat for years now. The juice tastes nasty. They really need to close this place down. I am not a fan of disrespect but how are they hiring these people? How do you mess up an order that is in black and white??

    Really disappointed in our Dunkin donuts order this morning at the Easley location. My husband and I ordered 4 donuts, and these were given to us thrown upside down into a bag, no box, causing the icing to be smeared all over the inside of the bag and all over the other donuts. So messy, and we weren’t even given napkins. Sadly, we won’t be back.

    I ordered a variety and got only 2 that I actually ordered. When I asked question while ordering she was talking crazy fast I had to ask her to slow down, when I paid I told her I had to use my fingerprint for tap to pay and she just walked away from me. I’m glad someone nice stepped up and completed my payment for me. But I waited in a slow moving line for rude attitude and the wrong food, my kid didn’t get his donuts I promised

    I’ve been coming here for years and never been as disrespectful spoken to. I wait patiently nearly 30 minutes for my order. When the woman asked me if the coffees on the counter were mine I said no and later when I received my food the woman said “So when I asked if you had food and you said no, you really had food.” Very rude after someone waited a long time for their food. I replied that she asked if the coffee was mine. And I said no. And she said that didn’t happen. I’m not normally one to leave poor reviews but this was insane.

    I like the kids working here. They are upbeat and half they speak to customers with s good attitude and were doing their best to have good customer service. Sundays are busy so customers having just a little patience is helpful.

    They are a little slow but it’s not malicious or is literally they are busy. The good is like any other day good DD but I like the avocado today the everything stuffed bagels aren’t bad and they do have a good donut at a good price.
