Ordered and tipped online, picked up in store. Thought the coffee cup felt a little light. Opened it as we pulled out of parking lot. $7 for a coffee that is barely over half full. Awesome. Took one sip and coffee tastes very bitter like its old or warmed over. Afraid I’ll get sick if I drink it, the taste is so foul. Won’t be back. Going to have to throw this one away and lose the $7. Now I understand why the parking lot and restaurant were empty during prime breakfast hours.
4 sandwiches…all 4 of them were pathetic.
3 of them were chicken pepperoni and mozzarella…not ONE of them had any cheese.
The turkey one was suppose to have mayo…I got a dry sandwich and they literally put the end of the lettuce on the sandwich. Never been before…and definitely will NOT be going back
I used to love to eat here but it has gone down so much. First off the women’s bathroom smells like someone died in it about 4 months ago so I said something to them at register and girl said it’s their sewage lines and that they smell it all the time and nothing can be done about it. Really?!?! The owner needs to be more attentive! I ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli and it was enough in the bowl for a toddler and it was inedible. It was saturated in teriyaki so much until I couldn’t even eat it. Awful. Learn how to prepare meals and start providing better food and do something about the bathrooms please!
Evidently my experience is being common at this location. I ordered through Uber Eats and I received no drink. My Green Goddess Caprese Melt with bacon for an extra charge had NO bacon, NO mozzarella cheese, NO basil! Sandwich cost $20 and was a complete rip off!! I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one ever answered. To me that says someone knows this is happening and does not want to address it or is getting a kick out of scamming customers!
It’s Panara. Comfortable spot to eat lunch. More relaxed atmosphere than typical fast food. I love that they have an outdoor space. The restaurant was clean and staff was helpful. They have a new menu and they have eliminated flatbreads.
