Tried the Sausage, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Asiago Bagel, superb. Location was large, modern, and had low prices. Staff were friendly and efficient, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.
I like/ love Panera for salads, sandwiches, soups, sip club, etc.
I love the Roast Turkey Avocado Club sandwich. Except TODAY. Instead of wrapping the whole sandwich in a piece of paper large enough to wrap up the whole sandwich, 2 overlapping pieces of paper were used and held together with 1 label. Not knowing how it had been wrapped, upon opening the sandwich, the whole thing fell apart. Not only was it wrapped improperly, but the sandwich was poorly made. It is usually made of slices of turkey. As you can see from the pictures, there were chopped up bits of turkey used. I suspect these were leftover bits from slicing the breast across the day. If there was not enough turkey to provide slices, I should have been told, and I could have chosen a different sandwich. I hope Panera workers are retrained to think of the customers and the practicality of their work.
Chic noodle soup was delicious. I had a chic salad sandwich with tomato basil bread. Atmosphere on the quiet side, from what I saw we all were eating more than talking. The young man that took our order was pleasant and professional.
Check your food before you drive away. I had already driven away to my job to eat my lunch there… turns out the chipotle avocado melt sandwich had rotten avocados… which is sad because the main ingredient is avocado. I would’ve just taken it off and not complained but I am pregnant . Manager was really kind and refunded me for the sandwhich … but just make sure you check your food before you drive away.
I bought a dozen bagels slice not toasted. When I asked if the lady in the kitchen if I could toasted one of the bagels she said I would have to buy another bagel to get it toasted….. naw already bought a dozen. Sorry if I was asking for a little customer service.
Also when I check my order there were no Plain bagels that I ordered.
