First off ap defaulted to this location. Ordered subs off the app at 9:30 am for 1145. Walked in at 12:10 only one sub was complete. When I asked about the second I got “We don’t have that. We can make you something else after we get through this stack of orders. We tried to call you.” Well I was out in the middle of nowhere all morning. And there was no voicemail or any indication that had tried to reach me. The attitude was less than impressive.

Publix is always the place to go for last-minute cupcakes that are delicious! The kids love it, and so do I! The price is always great, too. The St James location is super clean. The staff are welcoming and very friendly.

Still a good store. They don’t offer to take groceries out to your car much anymore. I’ve heard they will put in self-checkout but if they do I think business will go downhill. It’s about the shopping experience and personable courtesy. Nothing more unpersonable than SELF checkout. I think management manipulates the prices based on item popularity which is pure greed.

I showed up to pick up my medication from Publix pharmacy in goose Creek this afternoon. I walk up to the pharmacy and stand directly under the sign that says “pick up” .. There were four associates standing behind the counter having conversations. I stood there for about 10 minutes without getting a hello, how are you, can we help you, no reading at all.
Eventually, another customer came up behind me and started waiting as well.
It was at this point one of the associates turned towards us and said “ Are you picking up?” Of course we responded with yes.
It was at this point that she pointed about 4 feet to my right and said “ Well, the line starts over here”

Keep in mind that I’ve been the only customer standing at the desk for the 10 minutes.
I pointed out the fact that I was standing directly under the checkout sign.. She expressed “well that’s not where the line start”

My response was “ You mean to tell me that I’ve been waiting here for 10 mins. And you had no intention to ask me How you can help me or tell me Stand, You wanna argue about placement?

That was terrible customer service, and the manager who was working behind the counter And this to happened Should be ashamed of himself. Yeah obviously obviously doesn’t take pride in his job and he should be replaced.

Deli was so terrible that I had to come let someone who cares know. We sat there for 30+ minutes while they made 3 sandwiches…. We were clearly annoyed and they had the biggest grins on their face. It was hard not to confront it
