Quick service for a well made drink. I ordered the Large Frozen coffee with Butter Pecan flavor. There were a few cars in front of me, but the line moved at a steady pace. I had several errands to run into stores that morning and I was pleasantly surprised that my drink stayed cold in the car even though I couldn’t drink it all in one go.
Love Dunkin! However this location. I went to on October 31st. Got a large Cold Brew butter pecan flavor and caramel flavor. Turned out it tasted like chocolate. So I called spoke to Josiah he said he could remake my order. So I went the next day and asked for Josiah. He told me he never spoke to me he spoke to someone a week ago. Like how dumb can you be? I have a picture of my order and call log. Luckily the GM was able to still remake my order. But JOSIAH needs to be fired.
Great experience today. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. What’s more is that there was engagement while I waited for my food. “Here’s your coffee, your hot food is coming right up.” What! I was so impressed. Just being acknowledged rather you’re busy or not makes a huge difference. Made my day. 😊
The food is made well and the drinks are consistently great! The staff is so awesome and nice. They always greet me cheerfully in the morning and any other time I come in. You know what you’re going to get from Dunkin but the staff here makes sure you have the best experience possible.
If you’ve never gone to Dunkin Doughnuts, you should, they give Starbucks a run for their money, they definitely have delicious breakfast items, drinks, and the coffee I get, which is just regular coffee, they prepare it just like I like it and it’s hard to find a place that prepares your coffee right, QT and Dunkin have some delicious coffee.
