Had a longer wait in line than I was hoping. Staff seemed confused about my order through the DD app. Tried to give me the wrong drink and a donut, which I never ordered. After three tries, they got it right!
I’m pretty sure this location opens and closes when it wants…not based on its operating hours. There’s an older lady and gentleman who work there that seem to be most reliable. I was there tonight at 6:35. Everything closed even though all says they close at 7pm. One day I went through in the early afternoon and was told that they weren’t serving anything until the next shift came. I’m not sure when or if that happened as I didn’t stay to find. I guess pouring coffee and tea was too much to ask. It could’ve been done in the time she said they were waiting on the next shift. Oh well. I hope this location can get its act together but I’m not hopeful.
Love this location. The new management is making changes in the right direction. The staff here always starts my day on a good note and they know their regulars.
Overall great place for my morning coffee, I LOVE my coffee. I went inside today for a change, and wasnt happy with seeing, one employee at the drive thru window, leaving to fix food in the kitchen, exchanging money at registers, all while not having any gloves on. This screamed contamination to me, and I couldnt believe my eyes. I overheard it was only 2 employees working, and they were definitely doing the best they could, but they simply needed help! Both very welcoming as customers walked in, but I wonder how many of my breakfast sandwiches have been prepared without proper care. Let’s do better DD.
Drive thru person said “Be with you in 1 second.” I sat with window down in pouring rain for 5 minutes, got soaked waiting to give my order. Left
