Donuts are too dry and taste like their stale and a little hard. The bathroom has any soap, the workers are okay I guess they look like they’re depressed working there and hate their job. I wouldn’t go out my way to visit this Dunkin Donuts or even if you’re in the area.
Didn’t notice the line moved heard from the drive-thru window “Are you going to move or what?”. I moved up and apologized for that. They proceeded to glare at me the entire time while saying nothing. I get my order just to discover that they messed it up. I don’t think I want to go back.
The staff at this location have a great vibe together it seemed. The location is relatively easy to get to. It does offer. Drive through.
Their cappuccinos were on point. The bagel had a copious amount of cream cheese. The donuts were perfectly cooked.
I would definitely recommend this place.
We ordered, but the new staff Took wrong our Order. The manager was outside Talking by Phone and Never came to Support to her staff. And we paíd more for something we didn‘t want. I would highly recommend to NOT go this place
If this place has any chance of success, better people need to be put in here. There were 2 employees at the front that immediately seemed annoyed I was even inside the building. The girl rolled her eyes at me when I walked to the counter while sipping her drink, and just walked away. The gentleman with the headset also had an off putting attitude. I was very friendly, said good morning, I smiled and was even going to purchase a tumbler along with my coffee, I love dunkin coffee, but I question ever coming to this location again, because I don’t want to be somewhere that I don’t feel welcome. I’m not asking anyone to put on a performance or be over the top with customer service. I just wanted to be treated kindly.
