As a lifelong New England D&D customer, the southern D&D is lacking.
I never eat Dunks food, as the food quality has greatly diminished over the years. Especially since the time of the centralized kitchens.
The southern Dunks definitely needs to step it up in just caring about the product & physical upkeep.

Service was ok / acceptable. ( employees were mostly more interested in thier own conversations than in engaging me) No attempts at upselling. The ☕️ tasted just fine, no problem there.
However the physical store was a mess. I stopped in for a coffee at 11:30am, It looked like a pack of raccoons spent the night in the store & it just opened.
They wouldn’t even let me scan my QR code to earn my points. They said it only worked in the drive thru and apparently turning around to scan it there was too difficult, so I spent my money and wasn’t even offered a receipt to try to get my points that way.
Well, everything tasted great. The only problem was that whoever was in charge of restocking and ordering failed miserably! There was nothing available: strawberry? – Nope, large cups? – Nope, all the items that were ordered? – Nope, not in the bag. So, my conclusion is: whoever is in charge needs to run it properly, so revisit your staff evaluations, create a development plan, and simply give a darn about your job.
My hot coffee was cold. It looks like it was already made and got old/stale
Service was not really good either
Yall were so rude at this location lady there was so quick to tell me I “had an attitude” just bc I have a naturally monotone voice. Like back tf up lady. Also they took like 10 minutes to pack our pick up order. Food is good tho.
