I ordered delivery and I am very disappointed. I’ve always loved Panera and had a good experience. But not this time. I ordered a Baja bowl the way it comes and it looks like the bowl was only full halfway. I paid $16 for something that wasn’t even a full meal. Very disappointed. The picture is exactly how it was when I opened it
Not only is the food good and the atmosphere cozy and inviting but the staff is amazing. From Karen greeting me as soon as I come in to Fred preparing my food. Tara likes to give me a hard time. It feels like Cheers where everyone knows my name.
This location is large with lots of seating. The staff was friendly. The food was quick and hot.
Great place! I got good experience. So We ordered with my wife two different orders. For me – I bought bowls with extra tomato, extra onions and my bowls were really very tasty and delicious, but the second bowls for my wife was not really good! Bowls for my wife was not good quality, it was very weak and not really delicious. Sandwich was really tasty! Therefore I put just FOUR STARS for this Panera Bread.
The food is not what it used to be. Smaller portions for bigger prices. Inflation has definitely taken its toll. Service was good and restaurant was fairly clean.
