One of the best Paneras I’ve been to. Tried the new Mediterranean Greens and Grains salad… very good and very fresh. Not drowning in dressing… it was perfect. I got just 1/2 and that was just right for a lunch portion.
Sat outside… lovely day. The tables were clean! Inside, too. Clearly, the manager cares. I appreciate that. And the gentleman who took my order was very kind and polite.

We keep trying to give another chance to Panera and we are always disappointed. It used to be one of the best place to eat at any time but now any Panera we go the service and food is just not any more the same when they first started. Today, at 830 pm we decided to stopped and get some food since was in our way. Drive thr and after repetí g the order it was wrong like always when we opened it. The girls sound like she didn’t want to be taking one more order for the day. Went to the window and she took my payment and walked away to continue talking to the group that appears to be in break. After a few mins they decided to start making our food, when finally the food was ready (it took about 15 mns) she put our bread in the bag without gloves. We got home and the food was cold, I mean the Mac and cheese were cold. Sandwiches the same, bread cold and everything inside was just in a really bad serve. I think Panera does not care anymore about customer service hospitality experience. So sad how across the Panera locations in SC this is common and people working here is rude and doesn’t look like want to work here.
