My wife and I are regulars and it’s about time I wrote a review on how much we love this place. We keep coming back every week for the local groceries, the gorgeous atmosphere, and how nice the staff always are. The sandwiches are ABSOLUTELY delicious! We’re currently obsessed with the turkey pesto. Anytime our friends and family are in town, we love taking them here for lunch or dinner!
Best produce around!! Moving from Kentucky to South Carolina, I did not have a single good tomato the first 8 years of living here. We went to Swamp Rabbit Cafe last week and got a variety of tomatoes and they were better than the Kentucky homegrown tomatoes we used to have. I think that says a lot about the produce of this place. I’ve added a picture of the beautiful tomatoes we got and some of the fresh mozzarella we got there as well. But, it’s not just the tomatoes! Everything the store offers is unique and exquisite. Their made fresh daily stecca bread is a must!! Also pictured. There is outdoor seating along the swamp rabbit trail and even a little fenced in play area for toddlers. Great for family gatherings, a pit stop off the swamp rabbit trail, or even a coffee date. The only thing con is poor parking.
The place is easy to locate. There is free a free parking lot, but limited spaces. The place is located outside and order wise you order at the register and they give you a device to let you know once food is ready to pick up. The service is great, they are really helpful. The food is alright, nothing too special. There is a market right next to it which is a plus. Overall, would recommend coming for brunch.
So addicted to this place. Turkey pesto sandwich is my go to hands down. I never leave here without the STECCA! You just can’t do it, no matter how hard you try 🤷♀️ You gotta get the stecca! Great staff, great vibes, excellent outdoor layout, love the local grocery selections.
WOW! We are visiting from Maryland and we had to stop and have breakfast here multiple times during the trip because it was that good! Thank you for the awesome food and friendly service!
