I love this place, I always do groceries here, everything is on place, clean, always find all I want and the stuff treats you like family… but today after a long day at work, and driving as fast as I possibly can I found closed the store…. I know we all want to go home after a long Sunday working, but closing 10 minutes prior the time is not any good for someone like you guys spend all day at work and wanted get some stuff to have a decent breakfast next day and something light for tonight …. Even Still you are my favorite !
It’s not often I’ll write a review about a chain store but the customer service and managerial organization of this neighborhood market was truly exceptional. The day before thanksgiving when they know everyone is doing last minute shopping, the manager on duty is standing with his people at the front of the store directing traffic through the check out lines. All of his employees helping out the check out lines treated me on my way out and TomTom who just happened to be walking through produce when I had a question, went the extra mile and found green onions for us in the back. Thoroughly impressed with Tom Tom, the store manager and all of the employees from my visit today. Keep up the great work!
I love going to this location as it is less crowded than most Walmart facilities. I can usually go in and out easily and find most of everything I need here at this location. It is self checkout only but I have checked out at customer service a time or two if I had a few items or less. I come here to get groceries, pet supplies and food, notebooks, pens, cleaning supplies and I love the deli style Walmart rotisserie chicken salad! It is so delicious, a bit pricey but they are good! I also love buying the breads they have located in the back because I make homemade subs with them! I’ve never had a problem here and I want to send a huge thanks to all the hardworking employees that are stocking shelves. A lot of times employees are in the aisles as people are shopping trying to stock and it can be a bit distracting but I do understand you have to stock the shelves. Otherwise they are always nice and courteous & I appreciate all of it! Yes I’ll continue coming here!
Normally everything is fine (we do pick up) but today I was asked to see my receipt on my way out after using self checkout. I gave the gentleman my receipt because I have nothing to hide, but it feels like accusing your customers of stealing. This isn’t Costco. Either get cashiers or let me use self checkout & be on my way – especially when the kiosk gives a no receipt option. What do you do then if I chose not to get a receipt?
The first thing I see is the parking lot, it is very small, it can only take small cars, not strakes because it is a bit narrow.
