5 Reviews on “Panera Bread”
Normally I absolutely love Panera. But I have no clue what they got going on now not only since they moved locations from Taylors to Greer, but just in recent times IN GENERAL.
I ordered food through Uber Eats, I had a wonderful delivery driver, she was here super freakin quick and so sweet. I wanted to try the Teriyaki and Broccoli Warm Bowl. I’d never had a “warm bowl” before and really wanted to try it. It was very expensive, came out to $16!!!! Dude. I have never been more disappointed. I have attached pictures so you can see for yourself. Disgusting. The most mushy broccoli I have ever put in my mouth as well as the driest chicken. And $16? For THIS? What the heck bro. Not to mention the last couple times I’ve eaten from Panera have been similar (which is part of the reason I wanted to try a different menu item, because I’ve BEEN having bad experiences).
And it’s a shame I wouldn’t be leaving such a low review if this Panera location had lived up to its standards. It does not, not like it used to. I’d say go to the one on Haywood road instead because it’s WAAAY better, but, for those of us who live in Greer that’s an absolutely ridiculous drive. You guys need to do better, I’m super upset because l’m typically a huge advocate for Panera. But not anymore, this sent me over the edge. I’ve tried time and time again to give this location chance after chance, and this was it for me. For the prices they’re charging?
Take your money ELSEWHERE if this is how their food looks and tastes. So upsetting.
Today is my first time eating food from Panera and the cashier that helped was absolutely wonderful and understanding. Mrs Mary Pelika was so helpful and informative. She made my first experience delightful. Oh Yea , food and pastries was great!
I usually come here to study with my friend and the staff is so nice. No matter what subject I feel so productive with the environment. I usually order the squash soup and it’s amazing!!! I hope they never take it off the menu. The staff is helpful when it comes to preparing my food. I get the food about 5-7 minutes after I place it (As long as they aren’t too busy). I would recommend this Panera to anyone and everyone. (Story of a study trip I had there: My friend and I were the last customers out of there at around 8:50 and we were chatting with the manager. After saying have a great night she offered us free cookies and I can’t tell you how much that made my night.) I will always return back to this establishment to study and grab some good food!
They were out of 3 different items I tried to order. There was no sweet tea not even a container. There were no straws. I had to ask for cups after getting food. Was informed at food window they were out of two more items. The kitchen staff were loud and not concerned with actually working. I ended up leaving without eating. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
Started coming here almost daily to work and honestly love it. There are so many outlets to be able to plug in my laptop (recently went to Barnes and Noble and they only had ONE outlet in the entire store and it was at a table in Starbucks that was occupied). The food and service have been great. Highly recommend the chipotle chicken breakfast sandwich. I see the workers routinely cleaning the tables, emptying the trash and helping customers. It can get busy at lunchtime but other than that there’s usually plenty of seating.
