Half the staff couldn’t care less…. Like every other Walmart But the other Walmart AT LEAST HAVE THE EXITS OPEN/UNLOCKED. Isn’t that against the law? To have fire scapes and exits locked during open hours? Maybe your management needs a wakeup call. For such a large corporation, I am appalled and disappointed.
ITS WORTH THE EXTRA MILES FOR THE BLUFFTON WALMART!!!!!! IT IS WORTH IT!!!
I really don’t know why I keep coming back here other than its convenient. Poorly managed and the worst customer service we’ve ever had at any Walmart. If I didn’t support the overall brand, I would suggest steering clear. Not sure what happened to this store, but they definitely need new employees and new management with customer service skills.
Worst Walmart nationwide I ever visit. Clerks working like they punished for something and doind it without salary. None of them cares about customers. Buying something hidden behind glass (like some cosmetics) takes over half an hour because none of them react for pushin red call button. You need to walk around whole supercenter and ask them polite to go with you since they are not interested in helping people.
I had an issue with some items I had purchased and Ms. Sharon the Manager/upervisor was absolutely wonderful, her attitude and demeanor was above and beyond. She is an asset to her company
The associates need to practice better customer service. And lots of time the products are so far back on the shelf until it can’t be reached. And no one is around to assist.
