5 Reviews on “Hilton Head Social Bakery”
O M G !!!!! This is definitely the best bakery on Island and you MUST go if you can. We got there 30 minutes after opening and there was already a long line, definitely worth the wait though! We went in there and were blown away by the options, we selected the bacon potato quiche, bacon Brie stuffed baguette, blueberry muffins, pecan croissant, hazelnut croissant, chocolate almond creme croissant, regular croissants, and more! The desserts looked great too but we stuck to breakfast bakery items. The workers were really nice and weren’t rude because of how busy they were (I’m sure they are used to it!). We went to the shelter cove location but they also have a brand new location which is a stand alone down the road!
Great selection of pastries, kind staff and a lovely atmosphere. We ate our pastries on the patio, while experiencing the natural beauty that Shelter Cove Harbour has to offer.
Everything you want from a bakery on the coast! A beautiful outdoor view of yachts on the water in the quaintest shopping center you can imagine! There’s always a line but it moves quickly so you can eat your favorite pastries in no time! I especially love that it is owned by a French pastry chef and you can tell how authentic everything is. I plan to go back and recommend to everyone in Hilton Head!
I’m actually obsessed with this place. I come here at least twice a week before work to grab a coffee and pastry and chill in their outdoor seating. It’s an incredibly laid back and comfortable atmosphere that I love soaking up and the food here is to die for. Literally. I think I’d give my life for one of their prosciutto sandwiches and I daydream about the ‘Kiss on the Beach’ and giant raspberry macaroon daily. This is so easily the best bakery/Cafe on the island it’s an absolute hidden gem. Not only is the food exceptional but I love the service as well- it’s so fun and upbeat in there I don’t even know how to begin to describe it. This is easily my favorite place on hilton head; if I’m ever missing I’m actually just at the social bakery sitting outside with a coffee and almond croissant
Stopped in to get a little treat and was overwhelmed with the incredible options available. Fresh and delicious French bakery. Went back twice!
