I’ve given it a few tries, but my last time will truly be my last time. It’s December 23rd, I had to pick up Swiffer wipes and a bag of ice for a party. There were only two registers open that weren’t self checkout, and no express lane. Since I’m new I didn’t know where the bagged ice was, so I had no choice but one of the two long lines. The wait was about ten minutes— understandable since it’s a busy time of year. However, two managers were watching from customer service with their arms crossed while I waited. Not a good look. I got to the front and asked I can grab the ice myself or someone has to get it for me. The cashier replied sarcastically like I’m an idiot. Two more lanes opened up by the time I got to the front, and it would have made sense to notify the person with literally two items, but they did not. Never returning.
I haven’t been in this store in over a year. Nice and clean. Well organized. Great selection . I will be going back soon!
Last Friday was my first time using pick up at this location, it was great! Also l got a great deal on fuel savings with my kroger card. Awesome!!
One of my first times shopping at Kroger wasn’t all that great today. I arrived with excitement as I heard Kroger has a new sprite flavor as well as also hearing that they were half off with Kroger membership. When I was in the self checkout line, it was not recognizing my Kroger Id, so I requested assistance. Once the older lady came over, she had a very snarky attitude, and that I was holding up her line and sent me to customer service since she “didn’t have time for me”. Went up to customer service and the gentleman that quickly assisted almost seemed apologetic for the ladies attitude. He was very helpful! One of those grocery shopping trips that can ruin a day….. better customer service would be nice
so i love this store and its really close to my house.. my issue is though that they have “deals” and signs up for those deals when you walk around the store, the problem is though that when you try to check out they never go through despite scanning my card. Almost every time I go I get overcharged because of it. Last time it was the almond milk that said it was1.49 if you bought 3 or more, i did and it came out to over 10 dollars. Earlier there was a sign on some ice cream that says 4/5,00 and at the normal price of 3.99 I thought great deal! They rang up as 3.99, even the man next to me questioned it as he also had ice cream he asked to be taken off because it wasn’t ringing up the price it stated which imo is awful and makes me not want to go here anymore
