Friendly, fun staff.
Tasty cookies, and drinks.
They’re off to a good start.
Would love espresso or cappuccino.
Machines are pricy, but Capresso makes an affordable one for $200 that’s durable, low maintenance, easy to use, that will serve until a LOT of people start ordering.. the upgrade to a larger, pricy one.

Truly cookies on a different level. I visited the Irmo location after being in town for an errand. The cookies were fantastic although I had scoped the place out prior and to be honest I was sold on going when I saw the guava cookie. Sadly I had major disappointment when that cookie wasn’t listed . I’m not a huge cookie fan but it was worth the trip for the boba tea alone. I had banana tea with passion fruit boba. Outstanding. Had to take a star away because our order wasn’t ready after we ordered online and were told the time to pickup. They hadn’t even tried to fill the order and there wasn’t a single customer in the place. That was a fail.
Stopped here before going on I26. The drinks are good. Not too sweet, just right. The cookies are delicious. Staff are friendly and polite. Service is great. Will come back again.

The store is super clean and aesthetic. The worker was very friendly. She gave us the Thursday upgrade discount after we’d already ordered since we didn’t know. The tea was amazing. Will definitely be back!
