When I would go there several months ago everyone was so nice and attentive in the deli. I go there every week for lunch meats. Lately, when I arrive at the counter, there are multiple employees behind the counter, but it takes upwards of 2 minutes to be acknowledged. I feel as though I am interrupting them, even though my purchases give them a reason to be there. I love going to publix but don’t feel as welcomed as I have in the past.

Only went there for their plain fried chicken wings box. They were out. I asked if they had any coming out soon. The man said it would be 35 to 45 minutes. I decided to wander the store and kept checking. After an HOUR I asked again. The girl went back and checked and said that no one had put any in to cook. Not happy.
Ordered a birthday cake from Publix Bakery. I designed it online, and it was perfect. It was for my mother’s 90th birthday. We received many compliments and inquiries as to where it was purchased. You must give the Bakery a try for your next occasion! 😉 …
Anytime I’ve been in there & needed assistance as well just looking the staff are courteous, friendly & most helpful. I will also commend the pharmacy staff as well. Plus I love that Publix has paper bags.
