    Just did not give us everything we asked for nor did they give us a receipt. I foolishly drove away without doing an inspection of the items but quickly realized I had no where near the amount of food I ordered. After parking in the parking lot and assessing my missing items I went in and they gave me half of what I ordered and as I had no proof that we ordered more than that because we didn’t get the receipt, after returning to the car I realized we also did not get one of the sandwiches we ordered but at that point it was a lost cause, I moved on and accepted my fate of this Dunkin’ Donuts simply being incompetent and with the knowledge of never returning.

    Update: After writing the beginning of this review I found out that I also did not get the correct sandwich, I am also certain they did not get our orders confused with another vehicle due to me getting a jelly donut and chocolate munchkins which, as far I’m aware, is not extremely common, as well as us not receiving a beverage which is a common order.

    In conclusion: the items included in our order compared to what we ordered is listed below

    2 out of 3 sandwiches
    1 of them was the wrong sandwich
    1 out of 2 stuffed mini bagels
    7 out of 10 chocolate munchkins
    1 out of 1 jelly donut
    0 out of 1 receipt

    Placed my order using the app but when I arrived they were out of the flavor I wanted (butterpecan) so I changed the flavor to toasted almond… but that flavor was only available as sugar free 😔. Guess I simply picked the wrong day to run on Dunkin. Oh, no worries, I’m DD groupie, I’ll be back.

    This is a really nice remodeled Dunkin ! It’s very spacious and clean inside and the drive thru has been an easy and pleasant experience! Alexa is quick and efficient with drive thru orders and I’ve never had an issue she is accommodating and if I accidentally order something incorrect she doesn’t mind fixing it with a positive attitude! She also serves up the pup cups so if you have a doggy get one! Thanks Alexa for making my mornings a little better!

    Been an avid customer for this store. I’ve noticed the quality of food and doughnuts have suffered . Thought just a fluke but after lot visits and same results. When 7 in the morning you get doughnuts that if you throw to a brick wall it will crack it — means stay away and sandwiches not any good either! Like they have forgot what freshness is almost like you are getting Day old product! Fair warn go to one in north Myrtle there product is better go figure. Try stay local for employees but service and quality now extremely sucks! The establishment on 9 and intersection 57 in little river

    This location is always inconsistent but this morning my coffee didn’t even taste like coffee and almost made me gag. I let my friend try it and she gagged as well and said it tasted like reheated, old meat. How coffee could taste like that, I’m not sure, but it was disgusting. The only reason I have two starts is because the girl at the window was sweet, just wish I had tasted my coffee before I had drove off.
