5 Reviews on “Dunkin”
Probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ if I’m being honest. The wait in the line was extended, line almost in the street but… it was early in the morning and everyone is trying to get in and get their coffee so I understand. I noticed that the woman taking orders through the speaker was extremely rude! Interrupting the woman ordering in front of me several times, speaking over her, asking her to repeat herself several times. When I got up to the order speaker it was simple because I already knew what I wanted but the lady still found a way to have an attitude with me. When I got to the window I handed the woman my card and she just looked at me, turned around and then back around, after a second she read my order, I confirmed it and then she took my card. She handed it back and shut the window. After several minutes another woman snatched the window open and said very aggressively “Ma’am… what are you still waiting on?!?!” I told her “Um… everything… I haven’t gotten anything yet…” she just looked at me, probably trying to figure out if I was lying I guess, looked around, read my order to me again, looked to her right where my oder had been sitting, and finally handed it to me. Cream on top of my drink had already melted. I work 5 minutes from here and when I got to my office and opened my bag it. My sandwich bag looked crumpled up like they balled it up and unraveled it to put my sandwich in it, my bagel was brunt but I took a bite giving it the benefit of a doubt and, in fact, it was burnt and was inedible. It’s a good thing I don’t usually come here because I won’t be back.
We stopped by this morning as we were leaving town around 9:45am. No one in front of us. My drink was a coffee with 5 cream 5 splendas. I got a black coffee with so much regular sugar that I could not finish it.
My wife had an ice Chai tea latte, got an ice coffee they had to remake it. Originally gave us the wrong food order, and then when it was corrected, my sandwich was essentially burned. Service was friendly and corrected the problems. Staff needs more training in order procedures.
Best drive-thru experience at rush hour! I was in and out, my coffee was hot & just as I ordered, as were my wake-up wraps. Also, the lady at the window (Cicely) was super sweet and helpful. 🙂
Spent $16 just for them to not have the donuts I ordered and was told I could not get a refund. I had to get two donuts I didn’t want and they were extremely dry and nasty. I’m not one to leave reviews like this but I’m hangry.
This Dunkin location lost a customer today. After many visits here, I had the absolute displeasure of being served by the “district manager”. She was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills, I pray that she’s not in charge of training the staff. I ordered a no ice, iced coffee, fulling expecting that the cup would not be filled to the brim, but the SHAMEFUL half a cup she served me was despicable and frankly a total rip-off. When I inquired about the 1/2 filled cup, she continually repeated that the quantity served was “Dunkin’ policy”.. “Dunkin’ policy”!
Cool, Dunkin’s policy has lost a customer thanks to this district manager doubling down with me to prove a point. Paying $6 for 5oz of iced coffee is LUDICRIS. I find no value in this and I will not bother with Dunkin going forward. I also want to point out, I have never had a bad service experience with any other employee at this location. If this is how the district managers carry on, Dunkin is in trouble. Policy is important, but customer service is what keeps the lights on.
