Harris Teeter is an upscale supermarket chain with a better shopping experience than some of the other local chains. Brighter lights, nicer flooring, better shopping carts, nicer associates and I think better food too.

I’ve shopped a couple “Teeters” and this is a nice one with all the bells and whistles, including a great deli section, bakery, produce and a good beer and wine section. Prices tend to be a little higher than Wal-Mart but are comparable to Publix.

I love this HT as my lunch spot bc of the options when I’m at work. The Asian bar is my favorite but unfortunately it has been consistently over-oiled for a while and just wanted to make note of it. Apologies for inconveniences! Appreciate what u do and Keep up the great food 🙏 …

When I visit the fresh meat/seafood section it is consistently closed at an unreasonable hour. This picture was taken at 5:15pm on a Thursday. The normal person is grocery shopping during this time but time and again I’m forced to shop elsewhere because this department closes way too soon. Lost revenue in Teeter part!

Have shopped here for years because of proximity. There used to be a Food Lion across the street that kept them honest, but since it closed HT has become horribly overpriced over the last several years. Charging $3 for an avocado you can purchase at Aldi for 50-70 cents is just one example. Unfortunately, people in the neighborhood are willing to pay it. Even recently added fees to purchase stamps and make cash withdrawals. If you’ve got money to burn, this is your store. If you’re willing to drive five minutes, you can probably cut your grocery bill in half.
