    Deli staff are the worst in Mount Pleasant. Inattentive, and appearing to be bothered when you approach the counter to place an order (and that’s after waiting 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you!). One worker kept touching his nose without changing his latex glove. Unsanitary!

    Place is going down hill. Empty shelves, empty produce, evic coupons dont match app. Clerks ring things up like zombies. Self checkout thinks you are steeling every item. I will give credit to the butcher shop staff and the assistant managers they have who seem to have to do everything including on line shopping. Most importantly, the deli is joke. Another set of zombies

    The employees are always so kind and helpful and there is a great variety of foods, that are always well stocked.

    Wish it was managed better as this is clearly the problem.. *Constantly getting home to find out of date products from last year and can’t seem to figure out why…
    Deli has improved but still slow. Lately produce/potatoes has been questionable/spoiled
    Biggest flaw is zero baggers at registers causing long lines; Saturday’s 1 lane open, zero baggers, huge lines yet there’s employees blowing, or sweeping when clearly helping the one lane open is much more important but again poor management.
    Manager walks around hands in pocket NEVER helping when they could and other stores directors/managers do. I go to Publix alot more for this reason. Nice clerks let me say that, they just have no help from management during busy times. Corporate or store director needs to come make a change way to much money in the area to run like this or maybe thats the reason its over looked!?!

    Customer Service is dead here. The cashiers lack the basics of a greet and engagement with customers. I’m about done with my regular shopping here. It’s not worth mentioning to the managers as they lack good customer service skills too.
    Never a greet from them while shopping. I’ve always enjoyed the reasonable prices, decent quality produce and meat, and fuel points. But the poor customer service by all is enough to run me off. Glad there are other choices nearby like Publix and Lowes Foods.
