Words can’t describe how upset I am. I got home and I have no idea what this is. I ordered. Mediterranean chicken bowl. This looks a MESS!!! I can’t figure out what salad dressing was poured on top of this. At this point just close or hire better staff. Disappointed.

Every time I come here my food is never what I expect it to be for the price I’m paying. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but this is getting out of hand. Today my French onion soup was missing the cheese so I asked about it and they handed me a bag of cheese to put on myself even though it is supposed to be broiled on top. And my Mac and cheese is ice cold, not even luke warm like if usually is. This is ridiculous. Now I have to go home and reheat my food because the people who work here couldn’t be bothered to make it right the first time. Seriously the Mac and cheese comes in bags all they have to do it heat them up.

Every time I go to this Panera something is wrong. Today they were out of baguettes. Panera BREAD was out of their bread! Last time it was closed at 6 on a weekday for no reason. Just locked with lights off. This place just can’t get it right. Update.. tried again today 1-17-24 and they gave me the burnt scrapings from their turkey chilli to fill my order. How can one place be this bad?

I’ve been to this Panera at least 7 or 8 times since it opened and I’m fairly certain I haven’t gotten an order that was both correct and of reasonable quality once in those visits. From missing items, to orders not being done for 15 minutes after they were marked as done, to moldy fruit, to cold coffee; it never fails, that it fails. It’s probably been a year since the last visit. I was really hoping they’d improved. I showed up and the order wasn’t ready – turned out it was because they were out of the soup I wanted (and didn’t mark it as being out in the app). Fine…annoying, but no big deal, really. But the lady working checked the bag, checked the receipt, checked the bag, checked the receipt…then asked the guy, everything was in here except the soup, right? Yep! She closed it up and off I went. When I got outside I thought, I’ll just double check anyway. Sure enough the cookie wasn’t in there. Literally 4 items on the receipt, 2 people checking the bag, and they couldn’t get everything in there. No apology. Neither one actually cared. And to top it off, it was rock hard to the point I couldn’t even eat it. This location is seriously pathetic, every single time I’m here. Food, service, everything. It’s amazing they stay in operation.

I recently quit my job at this Panera and I could not be more upset at the complete and total lack of professionalism. For starters, I applied to be a part-time cashier online and last minute they swapped me out to be a baker which I personally did not have any issue with. The training went fine at the beginning. My trainer was relatively nice and showed me the basics and told me that the ultimate goal was for me to be a solo baker. I worked from 12:00am to 6:00pm straight 6 days a week. On my fourth day there, I was left BY MYSELF to deal with all of the baking. Did I mention that this was my fourth day. Fortunately, I remembered all of my tasks and finished my shift. The next day I found out that one of the other bakers complained about what I did and lied about me undercooking bread. This same baker also refused to train me on one of the days I was supposed to work, for no reason, which led to management telling me to take that day off. I was never given an official schedule. Fast forward a few days and my trainer is still working with me for some reason even though I had properly demonstrated that I was capable of running the baking by myself. She would stand at our work table all day and basically watch me work for the entire shift, only helping me with small tasks at best or to mention a single mistake I made like not putting enough icing on a cinnamon roll which already had plenty on it. On one particular shift my “trainer” literally SAT DOWN at a table the entire day and told me to ask her if I had questions. This woman, trainer or not, was getting paid for doing next to no work while I did everything by myself. I was not given a 15 minute break either. My trainer also touched dough with an ungloved hand multiple times which is a health code violation. If you have taken the time to read this entire post thank you and if my trainer is reading this, you’re supposed to go to work to work, not sit or stand around all day watching other people work. Reflect on that.
