    They don’t do what corporate wants. They run out of everything by 2pm I asked for the district managers number but general manager refused to give it. I waited 25 minutes for my food it should of only taken 2-3 minutes for my food. I was a district manager in CT for years this Dunkin is slacking in management. Plus I got sick from the food not to mention they run out of everything and don’t and don’t replace it

    I have tried this Dunkin numerous times since they opened. I always use the mobile app. I think I have been there 5 times and not anyone time did they have my order correct. Until they correct this I will have to go to the other Dunkin. I picked up this morning from them and when I told the lady at the window it wasn’t correct she said oh really I forgot the other items. Very unprofessional

    i was a little skeptical on coming here because of the reviews however i think people only review places if they’re negative. I came here because i only had ten minutes to stop so i did a mobile order so i didn’t have to wait and that was the quickest trip to dunkin ever!! Everyone was super sweet and despite me having a drink with a lot of steps they made it perfectly! this will be my go to dunkin from now on!

    I have not been please with this place and I’ve tried it over four times but at least I was able to get my coffee the way that I liked. No one ever speaks to you either when you’re coming in. yet this time around I was not able to get my latte with cream and Splenda (keto) which I’ve been doing for the past 7 years. He then proceeds to tell me that the cream cruds nah it FROTHS THAT being said it more expensive they do not have to worry about my business anymore. I’m just glad there’s just one down the road and those people down there are awesome.
