Customer Service was Great and Friendly!! Ice Cream was very good, they still had lots Ice Cream flavor options available even at the Later hours of the day!!
Chris & Jordan were awesome, provided top notch service, and have great energy! Delicious ice cream – you can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s!
GM or managers need to stay during busy times. This place is a joke. Out of the main desserts that are promoted, young kids that don’t care. And I am 💯 for young kids to be working, but please have some accountability or a manager to run things. Tourist trap, go down the block or to dairy queen and save yourself the trouble.
Ryan and Sarah were incredible and the best. They both have awesome personalities and great at making a personable and memorable experience.
I love Ben & Jerrys, but going to one where the customer service is great is wonderful. The staff here are super nice and fun to talk to. I recommend the Half Baked or the Salted Caramel Blondie. We mentioned we are from out of town and they recommend a few places to go eat and see.
