I cannot believe they even served this to me. I would have rather they said the sundae I ordered was unavailable instead of throwing clumps of chocolate on top….. Disgusting, went straight in the trash and will certainly never go back. Kirks Ice Cream Parlor is a much better choice and just down the street!!!
I took the brown burnt part off my sandwich because it tasted like burnt plastic, yes I ate it, very disgusted to say the least. This place doesn’t care about people slow and they left plastic on my cheese and fed it to me. Not to mention, slow and employees are usually rude. This store has to do better.
Ordered on the app, took 30 min to get through the drive through, easy hot chai & 2 donuts . Usually they come in the little boxes but they were just thrown in the bag, the frosted with sprinkles was put in upside down … needless to say it wasn’t very frosted anymore & I could taste the bag 👎👎👎
Finally a huge improvement! Looks awesome. Ice cream and food is way better!!! Love the female mgr with her can do attitude and always a beautiful smile! Keep up the great work.
Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes because their oven was broken but they didn’t want to tell us until after we ordered and waited. From the moment we placed our order until we got to the window, everyone was unnecessarily rude. When we finally got our breakfast sandwich, there wasn’t an apology – just “here you go” and the window closed. Was the sandwich any good? Nope. Burned. Thanks, Dunkin.
