5 Reviews on “Dunkin”
I went there for two ham and cheese stuffers they both was cold in the middle ! And the young lady doing the speaker and drive thru was short and very rude for no reason at all ! Don’t get me wrong not everyone has to be happy happy like me everyday but to be mean and rude for no reason! And then I eat my food and it’s cold!
The order taker was never t friendly or helpful on any front. The red headed tattooed young man was nothing less than a ATM in a personality and lacked customer service skills on any level.
The coffee was 3/4 full and offered no immediate remedy. The staff needs serious training in customer service skills. If it were not for Dunkin’s global presence, this place would be CLOSED as it should be.
Every time I come here my order is wrong. I always use mobile ordering and they always forget something wether it be cold foam on my drink or the donut I ordered. Then look at me like I have ten heads when I ask for what I paid extra for. Hash browns are always burnt and have a chemical taste, don’t have this problem at other locations. Never had a good experience here and never coming back to this location.
Bro…what on earth. The box was COVERED in avocado. It’s good I had napkins on me, because they didn’t give me any. It’s a drive-thru, so then I’m in danger trying to drive away to make room for the people behind me in line while trying to dig napkins out and wipe the box off and the avocado off my hands. I finally get it clean enough to set down, drive to work, open it up, and…three small scraps of bacon. It’s not much more, but they still charge for the extra bacon. This is ridiculous.
This is definitely a first world problem but I still feel that it should be said. I have been going to DD to get a Boston Creme for as long as I can remember. However, when they opened this location (Joe White), the specialty donuts have never been up to what I was used to. According to the pictures at the outdoor menu and online, there is a generous amount of chocolate on the donut and cream on the inside. This was my fourth try and the donuts have all never had enough chocolate to even cover the top of the donut, much less edge over the side as the pictures suggest. I have mentioned it to the folks there before and they were going to ‘talk to the baker’. Of course, nothing has ever changed. Is it the end of the world, of course not. But it is just another area we the public is not getting what it is promised and the people on charge evidently can’t be bothered. It is just disappointing.
