    This Kroger almost never has my pickup order ready in the timeframe they say. They will also wait till you are either on the way to get the order, or sitting in the parking lot waiting to call and let you know it won’t be ready for another hour or so, and even sometimes till the next day. My bet is it is due to poor management, because for a long time we did not have this problem, but for the last half year or so it has been an issue, so I know it can be done in a timely manner, but someone is dropping the ball.

    I enjoyed going to this Krogers. Yesterday, on 03/18/2024, I had an unfortunate incident. The clerk overseeing the self checkout lines, located near the pharmacy, was rude when I had problems checking out. The self checkout machine was malfunctioning and the clerk took it out on myself, a customer. Furthermore, the grocery bags were set up wrong making it difficult to retrieve one. They were all stuck together and could not be separated. You would think the clerk overseeing the self-checkout machine would have done something about this beforehand. Instead, she was just smug and rude. It was a very unfortunate and frustrating visit I hope to not have to go through again. One final thought, where is the manager of the store in all this???

    Unfortunately there have been several occasions with rude employees. Don’t ask for help because they’ll roll their eyes and act like you are bothering them. Ladies at customer service are not friendly at all. My husband and I were standing in line not even paying attention to what the employee and customer were doing. We were having our own conversation. The employee told us to back up we were too close. We did this and I said to my husband that nobody has ever said anything before( I get it’s for privacy, but I always have people standing next to me and nobody says a word) and the employee rudely says “well the lines starts down there.” That’s when I noticed the sign that states to stand there. New sign, never seen it before. She didn’t have to be rude. I was talking to my husband about not seeing the sign before and that it must be new, I didn’t say anything to her. Honestly I wasn’t paying attention to how close we were, because my husband and I were talking about other things. It wasn’t intentional. Another time an item rang up wrong. Sign stated buy rotisserie chicken and get Pepsi mini cans for $1.00. Rang up $1.00 off. I showed the lady at customer service the sign stating for $1.00, no where did it say $1.00 off. She told me I was wrong and it was $1.00 off. Manager did fix it, but it was a very unpleasant experience. The employees need more customer service training. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they are bothering the employees by asking questions and it wouldn’t hurt to be a little friendlier. I have always loved shopping at Kroger, but lately I feel like the attitudes of the employees have been off.

    Unfortunately this Kroger location is going downhill faster and faster. The store stinks when you walk in, it is visibly dirty all throughout the store, the bathrooms are the worst, the employees are rude with the exception of a few young men who work the front and GP (sweet/helpful lady at the Self checkout).

    Tonight (8:30), the only available options were the self checkout lanes. Several of us with our groceries for the week were having to utilize this. We had 95 items to scan, while this is not a problem so much with two of us, one scanning and one bagging, it is time consuming. The bags are falling apart or either you cannot separate them while trying to bag your items so that’s additional time.

    Sad thing is there were three ladies, two were in the motorized wheelchairs and the third was not. Luckily the one was not so she could bag for them because if not, after we were finished we were going to help them. Not one employee came over to open a register nor did they offer to help them.

    I see from previous reviews we are not the only disappointed customers. We have also sent several emails over the past year with no response. Perhaps, someone will start taking accountability and responsibility or at least we can hope so.

    Last week I purchased protein shakes alongside many other grocery items. I finally had one of the protein shakes last night and had a weird taste/texture in my mouth so naturally I spit it out. To my surprise the best if used by date was JANUARY EIGHTH of 2024. I could understand stock being a week or two behind maybe but 4 MONTHS is egregiously ridiculous. Anyway thank you for the food poisoning. I will however give 2 stars for Mrs. Lisa’s handling of the situation though. She was very empathetic.
