I, Brought A Chicken Tender Sub from Publix deli, and OMG!! All I have to say is, that was the Best sandwich I’ve ever had. It was big enough to save for the next day. FYI, it was just as good the next day. Everything was fresh. I, had lettuce, tomato, mayo, honey mustard, Provolone cheese and Pickles on my Chicken Tender Sub.❤️😀 I will definitely have another one, I can’t wait to try another one.
My cousin took me here to show me the subs at the deli. Today, the ultimate was the special. We got four sandwiches in all. They were very good. When I get back to Florida I will be trying them out at our closest store.
Very very bad customer service. Try to get help but they push around. And the girl manager was horrible. The old guy at service was bad attitude. I usually shop at Publix all the time, not this one, second time, both time are bad experiences. Never come to that one ever again.
Deli was slow as molasses which they usually are. Plenty of ppl behind the counter but not one was trying to move customers out. They always run out of fried chicken. Stood in line for 30 minutes for 1 sandwich, hindsight, should have gone to subway. Then check out & the cashier puts my cupcakes in the bag sideways. So much for nice cupcakes for memorial Day. Publix you have to be better. WAY TOO many other stores that we can & may go to.
There was a young African American cashier who was dismissive to my concerns. I used WIC to make a purchase and there was a balance. I asked her what wasn’t covered, she looked me in my eyes and shrugged her shoulders and told me to go to customer service. The young lady at customer service was extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about paying with WIC and wanting to know what wasn’t covered. It was milk. She let me get the milk and I was finished.
