Smh, how you have this cashier in the picture below, that clearly don’t know the difference in the price of an item and the cost, train Arkeshia better. Then she leans down after being rude twice, and I informed her that she needed to stay in her place as a little girl. Which apparently she was, because she got on the phone and called her mom and someone else, which Cannie and Coach Joe didn’t tell her not to do while she was on the clock. In fact Coach Joe stated “she wouldn’t have made a call if I didn’t take her pic”, I have the right to take pictures, videos, and/or recordings in my phone. The customer service nasty just like the store, the bathroom was too disgusting to share pics.
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. No registers open. Self check out line is all the way down close to the baby items. Employees hiding in TLE on their phones until the store closes. This place is the absolute biggest joke there ever was. Either start making your employees work, or just shut this location down!! The shelves are never stocked!! But got about 30 pallets just sitting in the middle of the store!! That makes total sense!!
I regret to inform that I have had an unpleasant experience at this Walmart. The shelves were quite empty and very disorganized.
Besides that, me and my colleague went to check out at cashier 8, where Steven was our cashier. He got rude when we wanted to use our own bags to pack our items into and insulted my colleague by saying that he is too slow to pack it himself. He handled the items very rough and kept on saying that he has to rush. We told him, no need to rush. He said he has to, because there aren’t many cashiers (which we completely understand and appreciate), but the way he said and did things made us feel unwelcome and rushed. He didn’t have our best interest at heart as a customer, he had his own reputation at heart as he also added that he’s got a great reputation as cashier because of how fast he works and he is by no means going to ruin his reputation. Take note in all of this time, there wasn’t any customers behind us. Once we left, the next customer only came to the same checkout. This really made us feel unwelcome and like we have to be rushed out of the store. This is not the way to treat customers.
Very busy store on a Sunday morning. They really need more cashier’s at this location. All registers that were open were backed up. Even the self check out had a wait. Good news is that store was clean and isles were not cluttered with pallets of stock waiting to be placed. Parking lot was crowded but still had plenty of parking.
Enjoyed my experience. The cashier did some needless id checking though, might be corporate rules but eh. Found some god-forsaken ramen that I will be trying as well.
