The Walmart Greeter Elizabeth is full of energy and is the spunkiest greeter I’ve ever encountered. She was very friendly and made everyone feel welcomed. The store was clean and organized. We went early in the day so it wasn’t too crowded. There were plenty Ty of sales and good buys available.
Literally getting one star because I can’t give 0. I’ve never seen so many incompetent managers in my life. YOUR employee charges for a service plan we didn’t order ($80). We noticed walking out the store and went back in for a refund immediately. Not one person in customer service knew how to help and the manager was useless. After waiting for almost 2 hours for someone to do something we finally got our money back. To have to go through such a rigorous hiring policy, Walmart needs to train their Managers to know WTH they are doing. There is zero excuse for the wait tonight and guarantee I will NEVER step into that store again. Beyond pissed off. Walmart has gotten the last of any money from me. Friggin do better
The absolute WORST Walmart Pickup I’ve ever experienced. We just moved here from out of state in January, and every single Walmart pickup order we have done has been awful. We always make sure to do the pre check in, saying we are on our way, and as soon as we park, we check into the spot. Tell me how it takes almost 2 HOURS to bring my order out? We got there at 9:45, and didn’t get our groceries until 11:20 AFTER my husband had to go inside and get someone, and even then there was major attitude from the employees. Then we get home and realize I’m missing items. This is an every time thing. The employees take their sweet time, are rude, and when asked why it’s taking so long, they say they don’t know. Several people that were there before us to get their groceries left because they got tired of waiting. This Walmart is awful!!!!
Waited 1.5 hours for pick up. 15 customers waiting while I was there. Carry out guys we’re so slow I wanted to drive a stake to see if they were moving. I won’t ever go back. I went in to get a manager and it got worse. Blessings and happy waiting.
I try to keep purchases to a minimum so I can use self-checkout. It is alot quicker than waiting in a long line for a cashier. This walmart in Orangeburg, SC had all new shopping carts. The whole store was quiet (you’d usually hear at least one per soul pushing a cart around with a square wheel). 8^)
