I know doughnuts is their man specialty, but they also offer other items like bagels. In my mind all items should be done to a quality standard, and it can’t be that hard to make or in this case prepare a bagel. All they have to do is toast and add cream cheese. My order was simple >>> one everything bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese. And OMG it was by far the worst ever! It came burnt (the edges smelled like charcoal) and then they only added cream cheese to one side. Double whammy screw up!!! This is poor training and or maybe horrible self awareness by the staff who don’t care!!! Unacceptable!
Even though my bagel bites weren’t heated, I had a great experience. It’s nice when you get exceptional customer service through a drive thru these days. My caramel craze latte is on point as well!
My boyfriend had an amazing experience with an employee (Can’t remember name), for valentine’s day, a worker went out of their way to personalize donuts and this also was able to happen for prom! After going to multiple locations and trouble, dave lyle/springsteen saved the day! Hope for some good words of achievement and acknowledgement going to the worker. Best Rock Hill Dunkin hands down with friendly staff.

Drive thru “girl” short dirty blonde, rude, attitude and rolling her eyes after sitting I’m drive thru 10min waiting on food that was sitting at windows while everyone walked around.. I go to dunkin daily but not the one off Dave Lyle Blvd! Store needs better staff that know there manners! LANCASTER DUNKIN BY FAR THE BEST ALL AROUND!!
