    I have been here on two occasions recently and they are the only Panera in the area that are willing to accommodate for my allergies. I drive about 35 minutes just to come to this Panera because of their service. Ever since the company got the new toasted french baguette sandwiches, most locations will not substitute other sandwich breads for the french baguette on normal sandwiches (not sure why?). I’ve always ordered the same thing for years because of my allergies: the bacon turkey bravo with french baguette instead of the tomato basil bread. The manager (who placed my order) was very nice and even wrapped my pager so there wouldn’t be any cross contamination on that either. She made sure the cooks behind the counter knew about my allergies and made me feel like I was in safe hands.

    Only downside I had about the experience was the lack of clean tables. Seemed like all the tables had crumbs on them; however, with how busy they were, it was to be expected.

    I typically order frequently from Panera through DoorDash. I never had a problem until today when they totally messed up my order. When I called them to complain, the manager said I had to take it up with DoorDash. DoorDash gave me a credit of $2.91 for a $23.00 order. One of the sandwiches was missing meat. They only gave me credit for the missing meat. I was like who is gonna eat sauce and cheese. Not me. Panera takes no responsibility for there error. I will think twice before I order from Panera again. Totally disappointed.

    Oh my!!! Was looking forward to a nice veggie meal option with bean soup or veggie salad.. but no !!! They changed the menu yesterday and now they are mainly a salad place. Ordered French soup which was all brown and tasted like beef bouillon. Don’t remember French onion soup being all beefy. Their veggie sandwich had feta cheese, not an option for true vegans.. . and sooooo messy. It wasn’t busy at 3:30pm UT ni one has cleaned any tables….oops here she comes 40 min. later to clean….Sorry, I won’t be back here or anywhere with this new menu.!!!!

    They said they were out of ranch dressing, but turned out they had some in to go cups. Only in the 50s outside but AC is blasting. Older gentleman wanted to seat by fireplace but no outlets so he brings his own extension cord. Little of a trip hazard! My Ranch Cobb only came with one slim slice of egg! Come on people what does an egg cost $0.15 cents? 2 people pick 2 deals with water to drink $29.71! Subway next building over!

    I was kinda disappointed with Panera Bread this time. The cashier was great. The servers/ prep folks was very talkative, not paying attention to my question and also messed up my food. This is the 1st time this has ever happened to me here. I spent over 50 bucks. I had to go back and asked for my sandwich I ordered. The guy said oh I was wondering why this sandwich was here. Now that pissed me off. Then I get home I was supposed to have broccoli and cheese soup. This dude gave me vegetable noodle soup. Now what in the world was going on in the back. There was about 5 people standing around the counter. At least one of the 5 should’ve gotten my order right. This is ridiculous and poor customer service for the inflated price I paid. One disappointed customer.
