Fantastic store!! Always very good stock, fair prices, and fresh produce. Friendly employees. Only criticism is that Deli needs to slice much thinner meats/cheese when requested. It that thin when extra thin is asked for.
I can say I’m proud of Publix. I shop there every year when I visit Rock Hill and I love, love, love it! All the items I want at reasonable prices. And the fact that their receipts are digital now I think is very wise Helps save trees. A fantastic supermarket. Don’t forsake it.
I have never been so disgusted with an employee that makes the Subs. She told her coworker that my breath stunk. Then she was rude to me interrupting me when I was talking with a customer. She was a young girl with black curly hair. She was rude as she could be. I won’t go back to that department. Unacceptable behavior! ESP from Publix!
Publix has the best fried chicken, great deli means, produce and is by far the best bakery goods out of any grocery store I’ve been to. Always friendly and goes above and beyond to keep shoppers happy. I’ve even seen them help those who have a struggle walking. An employee helped shop for them.
The deli department sucks. Long wait time one female making sandwiches while another said to her I will help you just give me 2 minutes. She continues clean the cutting machine. I and another customer start to complain about the service. And I know she heard us but choose to peddle around. Instead of servicing us . I could tell by her body language , Needless to say two minutes came and went. The only thing she did was wrap up a sandwich that the other young lady had on the counter the manager had to come and start making sandwiches and gave me it for free. Now I believe Publix has cameras. Try looking at it.The woman that was supposed to help the other young lady make the sandwiches basically did not help her out of spite ,because we as customers were upset with the service. So she basically peddled about unproductively and the store manager had to help with the sandwiches . I know if I was the manager I would’ve sent her home. Thank you for the sandwich though . I do appreciate it. But I’d rather have better service. Because Time is important, to me it’s something I can’t get back. This happened May 17 around 3pm-4pm
